DarkSide is a cocktail parlour located at Rosewood Hong Kong, named after the romantic nickname for the Kowloon peninsula. The bar offers rare aged spirits, vintage cigars, and classic cocktails – all complemented by sultry live jazz.
DarkSide houses an extensive collection of fine rum, whisky, and calvados. Its dark spirits selection reaches back to the early 19th century and includes an exclusive cognac blend created by the bar’s own award‑winning team. The bar’s programme transforms cocktails into vehicles of inspiration and social good, ensuring each drink delivers sensory pleasure while contributing to meaningful community impact.
