Louise is a one-Michelin-starred French restaurant set in a two-storey heritage building in SoHo, Central. Helmed by Chef Loïc Portalier, it serves heart-warming French cuisine paired with genuine hospitality, presenting traditional French delicacies with inventive blends inspired by seasonal ingredients sourced locally and globally. Split across two floors, the restaurant delivers two distinct dining experiences within a single enclave: a relaxed, chic lounge on the ground floor and an elegant dining room upstairs. The heritage building was transformed by acclaimed architect André Fu into an intimately chic colonial residence, welcoming guests into what feels like a personal home.
