路易丝是一家米其林一星的法国餐厅，坐落在中环苏豪区一座两层高的传统建筑内。 由Loïc Portalier大厨掌舵，供应温暖人心的法国美食，并配以真正的热情好客，呈现传统的法国美食，并以本地和全球时令食材的创意混合而成。 餐厅分为两层，在一个单独的空间内提供两种不同的用餐体验：一楼是一个轻松别致的休息室，二楼是一个优雅的餐厅。 这座历史建筑由着名建筑师傅安德（Andréfu）改造成一个亲密别致的殖民地住宅，欢迎客人进入一个感觉像个人的家。
