Barre Mizunara: The Library
Mizunara: The Library est un bar à whisky et à cocktails de style japonais, créé en 2014 et niché dans un immeuble commercial au cœur de l'île de Hong Kong. Le nom honore le chêne Mizunara – un bois notoirement difficile à façonner en fûts, qui après des années de maturation donne des arômes uniques d'encens, de bois de santal et de noix de coco. Le bar embrasse le même esprit: offrir une expérience exceptionnelle et unique en son genre malgré les défis de la diffusion de la culture japonaise dans le monde.
Des accents de bois sombre, des lignes nettes et un rembourrage moelleux créent un cadre intime et luxueux – une oasis sereine loin de l'agitation de Hong Kong.
