Cafe Yat Lok
Yat Lok é uma lendária loja de carne assada cantonesa. Fundada em 1957, esta empresa familiar tem funcionado no seu local atual na Stanley Street desde 2011.
Os gansos assados imperdíveis e brilhantes são a estrela do menu. São marinados com uma receita secreta e passam por mais de 20 etapas preparatórias antes de serem grelhados com perfeição. Você pode pedir o ganso por trimestre. É melhor apreciado com uma tigela de lai fun (macarrão grosso de arroz) em um caldo claro com um fio de gordura de ganso. Além do goose, o restaurante também serve excelente char siu (carne de porco grelhada), barriga de porco assada e frango marinado com soja.
