酒吧 Gokan
Gokan是由国际酒吧巨头Shingo Gokan在香港创立的鸡尾酒吧。 以日本的shokunin哲学为中心--致力于掌握和完善自己的工艺--酒吧融合了美食和混合学的世界，以庆祝烹饪的独创性。
